Pascagoula, MS - Mississippi's favorite gardener, Norman Winter, will be in Pascagoula on October 27th. Winter will be speaking at an event sponsored by Pascagoula Pride. The topic will be "Captivating Combinations." The event will start at 6pm and will be held at the First Presbyterian Church in Pascagoula at the corner of Ingalls Avenue and Pascagoula Street. The event is open to the public.
